We educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard operating procedures, our Code of Ethics and Conduct and periodic training programs. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Security Procedures to Protect Customer Information
We update and test our technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to assure the integrity of our information. For our On-Line Banking customers (banking services provided over the Internet) we require customers to use a secure browser, incorporating a secure-socket layer (SSL) encryption to establish a connection to the log-in screen.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described in the section Collection of Customer Information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements to promote the Bank's services. Our agreements with these companies and institutions require them to use your information responsibly and limit their ability to share this information with other parties.
